The Castro Valley Forum
The Forum was founded in 1989 by Karen Kaiser, to give Castro Valley a
vehicle for public discussion. It changed hands in Oct. 2000 when it was
bought out by Fred Zehnder the owner of the San Leandro Times. It comes out
every Wednesday and the circulation is 20,000. Managing Editor Claudette
